Our beautifully restored vintage Italian mobile tap truck, "Tula," features four stainless steel taps and a handcrafted wrap-around wooden bar. At just 5' × 10', her compact size makes her ideal for weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations while creating a memorable guest experience wherever she goes.
Our four-tap professional draft system delivers a perfect pour every time. From craft cocktails and chilled prosecco to beer, wine, specialty mocktails, and more, each beverage menu is thoughtfully tailored to your vision and curated to complement your celebration.

At the heart of Spirit & Vine is a beautifully restored 1979 Italian Piaggio Apé (ah-pay), a true conversation piece thoughtfully designed to be both functional and unforgettable. Our vintage mobile tap truck “Tula,” was carefully sourced from Italy and reimagined to blend timeless character with a modern aesthetic.
Effortlessly striking and endlessly versatile, she’s more than just a bar. With her compact size and electric conversion, she adapts seamlessly to both indoor and outdoor settings. From the moment she arrives, she sets the tone, drawing guests in and sparking conversation throughout your event.

The Tap Bar
A beautifully restored vintage Italian Piaggio Apé tap truck featuring a four-tap draft system and a thoughtfully curated beverage experience tailored to your event. From craft cocktails and mocktails to beer, wine, prosecco, and more, each menu is customized to complement your celebration.
Bar Service
Professional RBS-certified bartending to ensure a seamless and welcoming guest experience throughout your event. Service begins with two hours. Additional service time is available to suit your event.
Custom Drink Experience
Personalized drink menu consultation, including curated beverage selections and a custom designed bar menu.
Bar Setup & Essentials
Three hours of full bar setup and breakdown. Bar essentials include ice, cups, straws, napkins, and garnishes for up to 75 guests.
Styling & Décor
Thoughtfully styled bar décor designed to enhance overall aesthetic and guest experience. Custom styling services are available to further tailor your event.
Insurance General and liquor liability insurance is included for all events.
Travel Travel within 25 miles is included (50 miles round trip). Additional travel will be quoted based on location.
Service Fee A service fee and applicable sales tax are not included in base pricing and will be detailed in your custom quote.
Service Base pricing includes up to 75 guests for two hours of service. Custom quotes and pricing are based on the number of guests, duration of service, additional staff, and beverage selection.
Power Access Access to a standard 120-volt outlet is required. A generator may be arranged if needed and will be outlined in your custom quote.
What to expect
Spirit & Vine operates as a "dry hire" mobile bar, meaning alcohol is provided by the client in accordance with California regulations. This allows you greater flexibility in selecting brands, managing budget, and maintaining more control over beverage costs. Our tap system also allows quantities to be tailored to your guest count and event style, helping reduce excess waste and unnecessary leftovers. We’re happy to guide recommendations and guidance on purchasing quantities.
Absolutely. We love creating curated beverage menus tailored to your event, whether it's signature cocktails, refreshing mocktails, or a blend of both. Our tap system provides the versatility to serve everything from cocktails and prosecco, to beer, wine, lemonade, and more.
Spirit & Vine is based in Carmichael, CA and proudly serves the Greater Sacramento area and beyond. Travel within a 25-mile radius is included, and we gladly travel outside that range. Additional travel fees may apply, and extended travel may require overnight accommodations based on total travel time.
Yes. We carry general and liquor liability insurance for all events. Additionally, our bartenders are RBS-certified in accordance with California requirements, ensuring responsible beverage service throughout your event.
Once your inquiry is received, we’ll connect to learn more about your event needs and create a custom proposal based on guest count, service time, and beverage selections. To reserve your date, a signed agreement and 50% retainer are required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event. Bookings made within 45 days of the event date require full payment to confirm your reservation.
Our tap truck measures approximately 5' wide by 10' long and is electrically converted, making it well suited for both indoor and outdoor events. A flat surface and access to a standard 120-volt outlet within 100 ft are required for service. If needed, we can provide a quiet generator for an additional fee.
Yes! Each booking includes thoughtful styling designed to complement your event aesthetic, with additional custom design options available for clients seeking a more personalized look. From refined details and signage to florals and larger-scale installations, we’re happy to collaborate with planners, designers, and trusted vendor partners to create a beautifully cohesive experience. Specialty florals and custom installations may be quoted separately based on scope and design needs.
A 20% service fee is applied to all bookings and is clearly outlined in your custom proposal. This charge helps support professional staffing, event preparation, coordination, and the behind-the-scenes details that contribute to a polished and seamless event experience.
Base pricing includes up to 75 guests and two hours of service. Custom quotes and pricing reflect guest count, duration of service, beverage selection, staffing needs, travel, and additional styling or event requirements. Additional guest provisions are offered in 15-guest increments, and events with more than 75 guests require additional bar staff to ensure seamless service.
